Overview
The Aircall connector syncs your cloud phone system data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull calls, users, numbers, contacts, and tags from the Aircall API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Aircall data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Calls
- Users
- Numbers
- Contacts
- Tags
Authentication
Basic Auth (API ID + Token) or OAuth2
Generate an API ID/Token pair from Aircall Dashboard > Integrations > API keys.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
