Overview
The Freshdesk connector syncs your customer support data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull tickets, contacts, companies, agents, and satisfaction ratings from the Freshdesk API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync

Find the API key on the agent's own Profile Settings page inside the Freshdesk portal.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
