Overview
The Qualtrics connector syncs your experience management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull surveys, responses, distributions, and contacts from the Qualtrics API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Qualtrics data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Surveys
- Responses
- Distributions
- Contacts
Authentication
API token (X-API-TOKEN)
Generate a token via Account Settings > Qualtrics IDs > API; requires the Access API permission.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
