Overview
The Buildium connector syncs your property management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull properties, leases, tenants, and payments from the Buildium API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Buildium data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Properties
- Leases
- Tenants
- Payments
Authentication
API key (client ID + secret)
Requires a Premium subscription; an admin enables Open API and creates a client ID/secret under Settings > Developer Tools.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
