Overview
The ShipHero connector syncs your warehouse management and fulfillment data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull orders, shipments, products, and returns from the ShipHero API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following ShipHero data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Orders
- Shipments
- Products
- Returns
Authentication
JWT bearer token (via email/password login)
POST your ShipHero account email/password to get an access_token (28-day expiry) and refresh_token.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
