Overview
The Konnect Insights connector syncs your social listening and analytics data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull mentions, topics, profiles, and tickets from the Konnect Insights API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Konnect Insights data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Mentions
- Topics
- Profiles
- Tickets
Authentication
Token-based (account_token + user_token as query params)
Not self-serve — the docs don't publish a way to generate these tokens; they're issued by the Konnect Insights account team.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
