Overview
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 connector syncs your CRM and business-application data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, and incidents from the Dataverse Web API — the shared OData layer underneath Sales, Customer Service, and other Dynamics 365 apps — with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse Web API) data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

- Opportunities
- Leads
- Incidents
Authentication
OAuth 2.0 (Microsoft Entra ID app registration)
Register an Entra ID app, then use delegated user consent or a Dataverse application user bound to a client secret for server-to-server access.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
