Sync Ivanti Neurons for ITSM incident, service request, change, and asset data into your warehouse.

Overview

The Ivanti Neurons for ITSM connector syncs your IT service-management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull incidents, service requests, changes, and configuration items from the Neurons for ITSM API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current. Ivanti's other products (MDM, Endpoint Manager, Zero Trust Access) each ship a separate API not covered here.

What you can sync

Ingest syncs the following Ivanti Neurons for ITSM data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

  • Incidents
  • Service requests
  • Changes
  • Configuration items

Authentication

REST API Key (header)

An admin generates a key in the Configuration console under Configure > Security Controls > API Keys.

You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.

Resources
