Overview
The ServiceNow connector syncs your IT service management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull incidents, changes, problems, users, and CMDB items from the ServiceNow REST API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following ServiceNow data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Incidents
- Changes
- Problems
- Users
- CMDB items
Authentication
Basic Auth or OAuth 2.0 (configured per customer instance)
Not self-serve — an admin on the customer's own ServiceNow instance must create a user or register an OAuth application for a connector to authenticate against.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
