Overview
The Calabrio connector syncs your workforce engagement data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull agents, evaluations, schedules, and recordings from the Calabrio ONE WFM API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Calabrio data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Authentication
Bearer token (per-tenant)
Generate an access token per-user inside your live Calabrio ONE WFM cloud tenant under User Settings; requires an active tenant.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
