Overview
The Apptivo connector syncs your CRM and business suite data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull contacts, opportunities, invoices, and projects from the Apptivo API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Apptivo data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Contacts
- Opportunities
- Invoices
- Projects
Authentication
API key pair (apiKey + accessKey)
Generate credentials under Business Settings > API Access; only available on Premium/Ultimate paid plans.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
