Overview
The parcelLab connector syncs your delivery experience data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull trackings, shipments, notifications, and returns from the parcelLab API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following parcelLab data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Trackings
- Shipments
- Notifications
- Returns
Authentication
Custom API token (Parcellab-API-Token header)
Generate the token in the parcelLab App under Account Settings > API Token.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
