Overview
The Luma connector syncs your event management and ticketing data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull events, guests, hosts, and tickets from the Luma API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Luma data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Events
- Guests
- Hosts
- Tickets
Authentication
API key (x-luma-api-key header); OAuth tokens also supported
Requires an active Luma Plus subscription; generate a key per-calendar under Settings > Developer > API Keys.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
