Overview

The ServiceTitan connector syncs your field service management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull jobs, customers, invoices, and technicians from the ServiceTitan API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.

What you can sync

Ingest syncs the following ServiceTitan data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Authentication

OAuth 2.0 (client credentials) + required ST-App-Key header

Create an app in the developer portal for an App Key, get a tenant-specific Client ID/Secret from the customer's ServiceTitan admin, then exchange them for a bearer token.

You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
