Overview
The Open Exchange Rates connector syncs your currency exchange rate data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull latest rates, historical rates, and currencies from the Open Exchange Rates API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Open Exchange Rates data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Latest rates
- Historical rates
- Currencies
Authentication
App ID (query parameter)
Sign up for a free or paid plan to get an app_id, then append it as ?app_id=YOUR_APP_ID.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
