Overview
The Gladly connector syncs your customer service data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull conversations, customers, agents, and topics from the Gladly API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Gladly data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

- Topics
Authentication
Token-based Basic Authentication
A Gladly admin grants API User permission, then you generate a token under More Settings > API Tokens.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
