Overview
The UserVoice connector syncs your customer feedback data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull tickets, suggestions, and users from the UserVoice Admin API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following UserVoice data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Tickets
- Suggestions
- Users
Authentication
Bearer token (trusted API client)
A trusted API client/key must be provisioned before the Admin API can be called.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
