Overview
The Freshchat connector syncs your live chat data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull conversations, users, agents, and channels from the Freshchat API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Freshchat data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Conversations
- Users
- Agents
- Channels
Authentication
API key (Bearer token)
Generate a token in Admin > Configure > API Tokens; Freshchat's docs label this OAuth2, but it's a static admin-generated token, not an authorization-code flow.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
