Overview
The Gainsight connector syncs your customer success data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull accounts, success plans, timeline events, and scorecards from the Gainsight API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Gainsight data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Accounts
- Success plans
- Timeline events
- Scorecards
Authentication
Access key (API key)
Generate an Access Key via Administration > Connectors 2.0 > Create Connection in Gainsight.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
