Overview

The Microsoft Lists connector syncs your structured list data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull lists, items, and columns from the Microsoft Graph API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current. There's no standalone Lists API — Lists are backed by SharePoint, accessed via Graph's site-scoped list resources.

What you can sync

Ingest syncs the following Microsoft Lists data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

  • Columns

Authentication

OAuth 2.0 (Microsoft identity platform)

Register an app in Microsoft Entra ID and request the Sites.Read.All Graph scope.

You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
