Overview
The PagerDuty connector syncs your incident-management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull incidents, services, schedules, escalation policies, and users from the PagerDuty API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following PagerDuty data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Authentication
API key (also supports OAuth2)
An account admin generates a token from Integrations > API Access Keys in the PagerDuty web app.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
