The Illumina BaseSpace connector syncs your genomic sequencing data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull runs, samples, projects, and datasets from the BaseSpace API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.

Authentication
OAuth 2.0
Register an app in BaseSpace for a client ID/secret, then complete a web authorization-code or device-authorization flow to get a per-user access token.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
