Overview
The Helpjuice connector syncs your knowledge-base data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull articles, categories, users, and searches from the Helpjuice API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Helpjuice data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Articles
- Categories
- Users
- Searches
Authentication
API key (Authorization header or api_key param)
Found in-app under Settings > API Credentials.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
