The Simplesat connector syncs your CSAT and customer satisfaction survey data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull surveys, responses, customers, and ratings from the Simplesat API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Simplesat data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Authentication
API key (X-Simplesat-Token header)
An account owner or admin generates the key inside the app.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
