Overview
The Oura connector syncs your wearable health data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull sleep, readiness, activity, and sessions from the Oura API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Oura data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

- Sessions
Authentication
OAuth 2.0 (Bearer token)
Register an API Application at cloud.ouraring.com/oauth/applications; personal access tokens were deprecated in December 2025, so OAuth2 is the only option today.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
