The Zendesk Workforce Management connector syncs your contact center scheduling data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull schedules, agents, forecasts, and adherence from the Zendesk WFM API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.

Not self-serve — the WFM API is gated behind an Early Access Program signup and requires the WFM add-on; credentials are provisioned during EAP onboarding.
