Overview
The LiveChat connector syncs your customer chat data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull chats, agents, customers, and tags from the LiveChat API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following LiveChat data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

- Customers
- Tags
Authentication
Personal access token or OAuth2
Generate a Personal Access Token from the LiveChat Developer Console under Tools > Personal Access Tokens.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
