Overview

The PowerSchool connector syncs your K-12 student information system data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull students, sections, attendance, and grades from the PowerSchool API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.

What you can sync

Ingest syncs the following PowerSchool data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Authentication

OAuth 2.0 (client_credentials, per-plugin Client ID/Secret)

Not self-serve — credentials come from registering a plugin in PowerSchool Admin, which requires an existing PowerSchool customer/district relationship.

You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
