Overview
The Microsoft Outlook connector syncs your mail, calendar, and contacts data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull messages, events, contacts, and folders from the Microsoft Graph API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.

One app registration in Entra ID covers mail, calendar, and contacts — request Mail.Read, Calendars.Read, and/or Contacts.Read scopes.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
