The Babelforce connector syncs your contact center telephony data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull calls, agents, queues, and recordings from the Babelforce API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Babelforce data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Authentication
OAuth2 (Resource Owner Password Credentials)
POST your babelforce account username and password to your environment's /oauth/token endpoint for a bearer token.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
