Overview
The Customer.io connector syncs your messaging and marketing automation data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull customers, campaigns, messages, and segments from the Customer.io App API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Customer.io data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Customers
- Campaigns
- Messages
- Segments
Authentication
Bearer token (App API key)
Generate an App API key under Account Settings > API Credentials; this is separate from the Track API key used only for sending events in.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
