Overview
The Zenloop connector syncs your NPS and customer feedback data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull surveys, answers, labels, and segments from the Zenloop API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Zenloop data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Surveys
- Answers
- Labels
- Segments
Authentication
Bearer token (static API token)
Generate the token yourself on the Settings page (API Token section).
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
