Overview
The Loop Returns connector syncs your ecommerce returns management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull returns, orders, refunds, and exchanges from the Loop Returns API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Loop Returns data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

- Refunds
- Exchanges
Authentication
API key (X-Authorization header)
Generate a key in the Loop Admin under Returns Management > Tools & Integrations > Developer Tools.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
