The ON24 connector syncs your webinar and digital-experience data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull webinars, registrants, attendees, and engagement from the ON24 API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following ON24 data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Webinars
- Registrants
- Attendees
- Engagement
Authentication
API token + secret (token pair)
A user with "Manage Integrations" permission provisions the token/secret under Platform Tools > Integrations > API Tokens; requires the ON24 Connect add-on.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
