Overview
The Gainsight PX connector syncs your product experience data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull users, accounts, events, and engagements from the Gainsight PX API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Gainsight PX data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Users
- Accounts
- Events
- Engagements
Authentication
API key (X-APTRINSIC-API-KEY header)
Admins generate a key in-app under Administration > REST API > New API Key.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
