Overview

The Veeva Vault connector syncs your life sciences content management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull documents, objects, workflows, and users from the Veeva Vault API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current. Veeva CRM runs on the Salesforce platform and has no separate Veeva-published API.

What you can sync

Ingest syncs the following Veeva Vault data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

  • Documents
  • Objects
  • Workflows
  • Users

Authentication

Session ID (username/password); OAuth 2.0/OIDC also supported

POST your Vault username, password, and subdomain to /api/{version}/auth for a session ID.

You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
