The Substack connector syncs your public creator-profile data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull profile details, subscriber counts, and bestseller status from the Substack Developer API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Substack data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Creator profile
- Subscriber count
- Bestseller status
Authentication
API key (Bearer)
Agree to the Developer API Terms of Use and generate a token from account Settings; scope is limited to public profile metadata, not subscriber lists or post content.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
