The Medallia connector syncs your experience management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull surveys, responses, alerts, and users from the Medallia Experience Cloud API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.

OAuth 2.0 (client credentials)
Not self-serve — a client ID/secret is issued per Experience Cloud instance.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
