Overview
The Zendesk connector syncs your customer support data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull tickets, users, organizations, groups, and satisfaction ratings from the Zendesk API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Zendesk data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

- Satisfaction ratings
Authentication
API token or OAuth2
Generate an API token in Zendesk Admin Center, or register an OAuth client for OAuth2 access.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
