Overview
The Pylon connector syncs your B2B customer support data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull issues, accounts, contacts, and messages from the Pylon API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Pylon data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Issues
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Messages
Authentication
Bearer token (API token)
Generate a token in the Pylon dashboard under Settings > API Tokens (admin only).
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
