Overview
The Tive connector syncs your real-time shipment tracking data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull shipments, trackers, alerts, and locations from the Tive API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Tive data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Shipments
- Trackers
- Alerts
- Locations
Authentication
OAuth 2.0 (client credentials)
An org admin creates a client ID/secret under Organization settings > API tab > "Add New Credentials", exchanged for a 1-hour bearer token.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
