Overview
The Rootly connector syncs your incident management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull incidents, alerts, services, and retrospectives from the Rootly API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Rootly data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Incidents
- Alerts
- Services
- Retrospectives
Authentication
API key, or OAuth 2.0/OIDC access token (both as Bearer)
Generate a key under Organization Settings > API Keys > "Generate New API Key".
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
