Overview
The Jama Software connector syncs your requirements-management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull projects, items, relationships, and test runs from the Jama API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Jama Software data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Projects
- Items
- Relationships
- Test runs
Authentication
OAuth 2.0, or HTTP Basic Auth
Generate a Client ID/Secret from your Jama profile via "Set API Credentials" (shown once) and exchange it for a bearer token; Basic Auth also works outside SSO.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
