Overview
The Dialpad connector syncs your cloud communications data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull calls, users, contacts, and transcripts from the Dialpad API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Dialpad data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Calls
- Users
- Contacts
- Transcripts
Authentication
API key (Bearer) or OAuth2
A Company Admin creates a key at Admin Settings > My Company > Authentication > API keys.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
