Overview
The Insightly connector syncs your CRM and project data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull contacts, organisations, opportunities, projects, and tasks from the Insightly API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Insightly data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Contacts
- Organisations
- Opportunities
- Projects
- Tasks
Authentication
HTTP Basic Auth (API key as username)
Find the API key under User Settings > API section in the Insightly web app; use it as the Base64-encoded username with a blank password.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
