Overview
The RingCentral connector syncs your cloud communications data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull calls, messages, meetings, and users from the RingCentral API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following RingCentral data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Calls
- Messages
- Meetings
- Users
Authentication
OAuth 2.0 (Authorization Code + PKCE, or JWT for server-to-server)
Register an app in the RingCentral Developer Console to receive a Client ID and Secret.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
