The Purple Dot connector syncs your ecommerce pre-order data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull preorders, waitlists, products, and refunds from the Purple Dot API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.

Authentication
API Token (X-Purple-Dot-Access-Token header)
Not self-serve — Purple Dot is a contract/sales-led business; the access token is issued during onboarding, not generated by the merchant.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
