Overview
The Vitally connector syncs your customer success data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull accounts, users, tasks, and health scores from the Vitally API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Vitally data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Accounts
- Users
- Tasks
- Health scores
Authentication
API Key (HTTP Basic Auth)
Generate a key under Settings > Connectors > Integrations > "Vitally REST API".
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
