Overview
The Dixa connector syncs your customer service data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull conversations, agents, end users, and tags from the Dixa API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Dixa data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Conversations
- Agents
- End users
- Tags
Authentication
API token (Bearer)
A Dixa admin creates an org-scoped token under Settings > Integrations > API Tokens.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
