Overview
The Gorgias connector syncs your ecommerce helpdesk data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull tickets, customers, satisfaction surveys, and macros from the Gorgias API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Gorgias data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Tickets
- Customers
- Satisfaction surveys
- Macros
Authentication
HTTP Basic Auth (private apps) or OAuth2 (public apps)
Find the API key, base URL, and account email under Settings > Account > REST API in the helpdesk.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
